Our Workplace Skills Program builds upon home care workers’ experiences and increases job satisfaction. Topics include, but are not limited to, Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia Care, Fire Safety/Disaster Readiness, Nutrition and Cultural Diversity, Workplace Violence, Depression and the Elderly, and Infection Control.
We collaborate with employers and workers to design trainings relevant to the needs of the client population and the workers, making the trainings both interactive and informative. Classes are conveniently located at Fund sites or onsite with our employer partners. Programs are available in English, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.
