Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Program offers six levels of English classes to improve home care workers’ communication skills and help them pursue educational and professional opportunities.
The Education Fund created its own ESOL textbook, How Are You Doing Today?, which is tailored to the specific needs of home care workers. Through interactive classes and topics related to home care, students learn English in a contextual learning environment. Classes are offered remotely on Zoom and will be available by demand in-person.
